You own or have permission to use all text, images, and audio
-
Your manuscript does not infringe on any copyright

You are responsible for all legal claims arising from submitted content
We reserve the right to decline any project involving illegal, hateful, or harmful material.
3.2 Work Created by Us
e-Audio Productions retains all rights, ownership, licenses, and control over all audiobook recordings, edits, mixes, masters, and any production work created for the project until the author has paid in full for the agreed-upon services.
Once full payment is received, all rights and copyrights to the completed audiobook—including narration, edited audio, mastered files, and any associated production materials—transfer entirely to the author, who then holds full and exclusive ownership of the audiobook and may distribute, publish, modify, or use the work without restriction.
We retain the right to:
-
Use small excerpts of finished audio for portfolio or promotion
-
Reference your title as past work for marketing purposes
(You may request removal at any time.)
3.3 Narrator Agreements
If you hire a narrator through us, their voice recordings are licensed to you for audiobook distribution only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments & Fees
-
All services require payment as outlined in your custom quote or pricing plan.
-
Payments may be due upfront, in milestones, or upon project completion depending on the agreement.

Failure to make payments on time may pause production or delay delivery.

No rights or files are transferred until payment is completed in full.
