George Anastasopoulos: George Anastasopoulos, PCC, is an experienced leadership coach based in Oakville, Ontario, with over 2,500 coaching hours supporting leaders across diverse industries. Drawing on a 20-year corporate leadership career at companies like Pepsi-Cola, Bausch & Lomb, and General Mills, he specializes in developing CEOs, executives, and managers through coaching, training, and education, and is the author of I Love Mondays.
Dakota Lamarre: After leaving a business program to study philosophy, the author developed strong critical thinking and writing skills before spending time in tech sales, where success clashed with personal values. Choosing passion over convention, they quit their job, moved abroad, and committed to writing full-time. Although early books brought meaningful lessons but limited commercial success, the experience revealed the need for higher-impact ways to help others. By mastering course creation and business systems, they built successful training programs and founded LaMarre Solutions—now helping entrepreneurs and teams work more effectively, perform better, and create workplaces people genuinely enjoy.
